Do all GoldPlace websites include Diamondsonline integrations?
Yes. Every GoldPlace website is built around the Diamondsonline ecosystem. Depending on the solution you choose, your website will include either a live Diamond Feed or a Jewellery Configurator powered by Diamondsonline APIs, ensuring real-time inventory and seamless product management.
Is the monthly service fee required?
Yes. The monthly service fee covers API connectivity, server infrastructure, software updates, maintenance, security monitoring and continuous compatibility with Diamondonline services. It ensures your platform remains reliable, secure and always up to date.
Can I add a configurator later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Diamond Feed website and later upgrade by adding a Ring Builder, Tennis Builder or other custom configurators. Every GoldPlace is designed to grow with your business.
Can you integrate Diamond Feed into my existing WordPress website?
Yes. If your current website meets the technical requirements, we can integrate the Diamond Feed without rebuilding everything from scratch. We’ll first evaluate your website and recommend the most efficient approach for your business.
Is hosting and domain included?
Hosting and domain registration are not included by default. However, we can provide fully managed hosting, assist with domain registration and take care of the complete technical setup if required.
How long does setup usually take?
Most standard projects are completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the selected solution and the availability of your branding materials. More advanced custom developments may require additional time.
